About the Artist

Anais Öst is a London-based Peruvian-Swedish artist pursuing an MA in Sculpture at the Royal College of Art. With a background in Contemporary Music studies at The New School in New York, her interdisciplinary practice weaves together light, sound, texture, time, and materiality through sculpture and installation. Influenced by her passion for geography, Öst explores the interplay between human experience and our relationship with nature. By integrating natural and manmade materials with technology, she blurs the boundaries between self and environment, reflecting on transformation, time, and the interconnectedness of humans and the natural world. Her work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions in New York, London, Lima, Barcelona and Korea.
